Mae Deli Deliveries are Live!!!

So beyond excited to tell you that the mae deli is now up and running for deliveries using the Quiqup app! We’ll be running a soft launch between today and Sunday to share our delicious mae bowls, organic cold pressed juices, brownies, energy bites and granola with you! This is probably the scariest day of my life, but I couldn’t be more excited at the same time. The final menu is below and I hope that you guys all love it as much as we all do. We’re open from 9am to 10pm during the week, and between 12pm to 9pm on Saturday and Sunday!

Mae Bowls, each of which come with a dressing of choice:

Maple Sweet Potato Bowl

• Smoked paprika and maple roasted sweet potatoes
• Garlic and herb butterbeans
• Turmeric roasted cauliflower and lentil salad with sultanas, spinach and cumin
• Simple lemon quinoa

Wild Rice Bowl

• Wild rice mixed with butternut squash, spring onions and chives
• Coriander and paprika infused roasted red vegetables
• Garlic and chili broccoli with sesame seeds and lemon
• A smoked pepper and paprika dip

Glazed Aubergine Bowl

• Miso and sesame glazed aubergine
• Roasted root vegetables with ginger and cumin
• A brown rice, chili and edamame salad
• Sesame marinated kale

Kale and Quinoa Bowl

• Quinoa with butternut squash, kale and flaked almonds
• A broad bean and basil dip
• Broccoli, cabbage and chive salad
• Asian slaw infused with sesame, chili, lime and coriander

Dressings

• Simple lemon and olive oil
• Creamy peanut
• Spiced tamari, maple and ginger

Organic Cold Pressed Juice

• Deep Greens: Cucumber, Celery, Spinach, Fennel, Lemon
• Greens: Apple, Cucumber, Celery, Spinach
• Spiced; Pineapple, Celery, Ginger, Chilli, pinch of Cayenne
• Roots: Carrot, Apple, Beetroot, Ginger
• Fruit: Apple, Pineapple, Orange, Lemon

Proteins:

• Lightly marinated salmon
• Lightly marinated chicken

Sweets and Granola:

• Fudgy Brownie
• Pack of three; date and cacao power balls
• Toasted Coconut, Maple and Raisin Granola
