5 Days of Gratitude Challenge

5-Day Gratitude Challenge | stupideasypaleo.com

The holiday season’s about to officially begin, and if you’re like me, it’s easy to get swept away in all the hubbub.

Sure, it’s fun and exciting, but I sometimes find it a little tricky to enjoy myself while keeping my healthy commitments going strong.

A gingerbread cookie here or there can lead to demolishing half a tray at the next cookie swap; your gym bag suddenly sits lonely by the front door; or worse, losing focus on the real reasons for the season makes you Grinch-y.

There’s room for indulgence and enjoyment, but I always hear that people would love a little more accountability during this time.

Over the next few weeks, I’m running a series of free 5-day challenges about:

gratitude, clean eating, and movement

Monday kicks off the 5-Day Gratitude Challenge! (Perfect timing seeing as Thanksgiving is almost here.)

Here’s how to participate:

  1. Sign up here (it’s free and easy).
  2. Check your email for a short message with a challenge from me each day.
  3. The challenges are easy and fun, are designed to help you reinforce healthy habits during one of the toughest times of the year to stay on track, and last 5 days each. There aren’t any crazy rules or special equipment needed.
  4. Keep an open mind. Some of the daily challenges may stretch you a little, but the goal is to get outside your comfort zone. Remember, reinforcing healthy habits only works if you do it!
  5. Up for grabs…some pretty sweet prizes, given away at random to anyone who participates.

Super simple, right?

I’d love to see you get in on the fun. Even better? Share this with a friend so you can do it together. A little accountability works wonders!

Remember to sign up here for free, and I’ll see you Monday!

Pin this for later!
