Ingredients:
- 1 TB garlic powder
- 1 TB powdered ginger
- 1 TB ground cloves
- 1½ tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 TB mace
- 1½ TB ground cumin
- 6 TB ground coriander
- 1 TB fenugreek
- 1 TB ground cardamom
- 1 TB ground black pepper
