Trying to stay healthy during the holidays can be a struggle, I know.

But the key to thriving and being able to enjoy the splendor of the season is having unrelenting support each and every day. This, my friends, is the purpose of the Holiday Vegan Blueprint.

The Holiday Vegan Blueprint begins on November 15th and goes until the end of the year, December 31st. It’s a 7 week program designed to keep you well-fed, energized, healthy, and supported. Each week you’ll receive a delicious meal plan plus easy vegan recipes and a shopping list. You’ll also have weekly live video classes with me each Monday night. In each class we’ll talk about topics like how to maintain family tradition at dinner table, how to overcome holiday healthy living roadblocks, stress-free holiday travel while vegan, cravings, ways to reduce stress and avoid burnout, and much more! There will be time for Q&A and discussion during each class.

I don’t want you to have to sacrifice good traditional food during the holidays. Oh no, not necessary! In this program you will receive menus for each of the season’s major holidays: Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Christmas, Kwanzaa, and New Years!

I’m talking cheesy macaroni and cheese, vegan challah, hearty “meat” loaf, and smoky black eyed peas.

We’ll also have a private Facebook group so you can meet the other group members and create community. This is especially helpful if you aren’t friends with any like minded vegans. Hopefully you’ll meet some new fabulous friends.
