How to Love Yourself

I’m so excited to share something new and very exciting with you all today! I’ve been working on this since January, so it’s been a long time coming and I cannot wait for you all to start using it.

So many people ask me where they should start when it comes to healthy living and it’s a very difficult question to answer in a sentence or two! I’ve spent a long time thinking about it and I’ve put together a huge Love Yourself guide containing absolutely everything you need to know. It’s all together in a new website, focused entirely on helping you feel your absolute best. I hope it helps you immerse yourself into the world of healthy living and takes some of the stress and confusion away as you get started on your journey. The aim of the plan is to help you learn to love and nourish yourself, your body and your mind. There’s not one specific goal and it’s absolutely not a comparison or deprivation plan, we won’t be posting before and after pictures of anyone anywhere!

Over six and a half weeks I take you through the way that I eat, live and move to inspire you all to fall in love with yourself. This is done through a five day reset menu, six weeks of meal plans, shopping lists for every week, lots of fitness videos (from circuits to yoga, pilates, stretch and bodyweight), guided meditation videos, cooking videos, tips, tricks, advice and a whole lot more. I can’t quite believe how much information we managed to get onto one site! There are so many plans, programs and guides out there but the most important thing to me was to make this one as accessible as possible and I hope that I’ve really done that here for you – it’s £35 for 12 weeks access to the plan. Everything is online too so you can access it anywhere, no matter where in the world you live!
