ELLA_WOODWARD_14

There are so many awesome events coming up over the next few months and I’m so excited to be sharing all of them with you! I will be launching The Mae Deli Wellness Series which is something I am so looking forward to. I’ll be curating and putting together a series of holistic events which will nourish your mind, body and appetite. There will be lots of yoga, exercise, workshops, talks, business panels and even sound healing workshops over the next year, and best of all they’ll all be followed a delicious Mae deli feast with beautiful bowls of vibrant salads, organic cold pressed juices and of course lots of sweet treats! You will be able to purchase tickets for The Mae Deli Wellness Series Events via the events Calendar here

This month I’m also going to hosting a Supper Club in aid of the incredible charity Trekstock, so all the money will go to such a worthy cause. I’ll also be giving a talk and bringing The Mae Deli to Good Roots festival, where we will be serving delicious mae bowls, smoothies, juices and treats all day. And really excitingly we’ll also be bringing The Mae Deli will to Wilderness Festival this year. This is the first ever event as part of The Mae Deli Wellness Series which I’m so excited about. There will be a panel talk given by Livia from Livia’s Kitchen, Alex from 26-Grains and Matt from The Mae Deli. They will all be sharing their experiences and top-tips for successfully starting a business in the health food space. We will then all sit down to a delicious dinner catered by The Mae deli, including a delicious spread of salads, organic cold-pressed juices and the most amazing array of desserts too! The ticket price is £35 and the event will be running from 7pm-9.30pm on Thursday 12th May. The event will be held at Platform Gallery at Habitat 208 King’s Road, SW3 5XP.

Trekstock Supper Club – Tuesday 17th May.

So excited to be hosting a supper club at Paradise in aid of the incredible charity TrekstockTrekstock supports the practical, everyday needs of young adults with cancer, through peer-to-peer support, age appropriate information and health and wellbeing interventions. Most people take moving into their 20s and 30s for granted, but this isn’t the case for those who are told they have cancer – everything becomes a lot more complicated. All of the profits from the supper club will go directly to Trekstock, so with all our help, no young adult will have to face cancer alone. The supper club will be on Tuesday 17th May, from 6.30pm-9.30pm, and the tickets will be £35. The address is Paradise by Way of Kensal Green, 9 Kilburn Lane, London, W10 4AE.

Registered Charity No. 1132421. You can purchase your tickets here!
