Women's Strength Summit | stupideasypaleo.com

Today I’m bringing you a veritable treasure trove of goodness with 33 health, fitness & wellness experts to follow in 2016, and I’m just going to come out and say it: these women are some of my absolute favorite people in the whole world out there doing incredible things for their communities.

“But Steph, it’s almost March,” you might be thinking. Why not post this in January? Well, for a few reasons.

First, in January, everyone’s hyped up on changes and resolutions, but what do you do when you need a little motivation a couple months down the road?

Second, I’ve been in a bit of a cave for the last couple months working on something superb for you that these women are all part of. If you’re on my newsletter list, you’ve already gotten a preview, but I’ll spill the beans here: it’s an incredible (free!) online event called the Women’s Strength Summit, and you’re invited.

Third, I was fielding so many questions from readers, asking me all sorts of things I don’t have expertise in. So, I decided to put together a list of my favorite health, fitness & wellness experts. Many of these ladies are people I’ve personally have worked with, and I couldn’t think of a better way to introduce them all to you.

They are coaches, thought leaders, practitioners, doctors, athletes, and bloggers doing their part to change the conversation about what’s possible for other women.

Do yourself and give them a follow…see what they’re up to!

And, go grab a free ticket to the Summit…it runs online, for free, from March 1-9, 2016!
